artgenève is one of the most exciting events of the year, a high end and internationally renowned contemporary and modern art fair taking place in Geneva. On this year’s programme, artgenève/musique will present “Encores, Music on recurrence, redundancy and surplus” an inspiring music related art performance curated by Augustin Maurs and Catherine Othenin-Girard.

Glamorous Après-Ski Party at Rooftop 42
Situated in the heart of Geneva, rooftop ° 42 is a restaurant-bar that offers a chic setting, with a breathtaking view of Lac Leman. Directed by Philippe Cramer, with a culinary proposal from Thomas Hug, the restaurant invites guests to enjoy a selection of gastronomic dishes surrounded by unique and dynamic works of art. Designed as the “After” spot for artgenève, this is the place to relax, enjoy creative cuisine and get inspired by what’s around.

A hidden gem in Geneva’s culinary scene, Auberge d’Onex is a charming Italian restaurant serving classical dishes in a cozy space. The restaurant has been praised for serving delicious pastas and succulent meat dishes, followed by Valentino’s (the owner) famous trolley of irresistible desserts. The service is particularly special here, with owner Valentino stopping by tables greeting and conversing with guests, in Italian of course.

Its official, artgenève is hosting its 9th edition of the Salon d’Art from the 30th of January to the 2nd of February at Palexpo. Presenting a range of unique and contemporary works, the salon features international galleries and also devotes a large area to public and private collections, as well as independent spaces and curators. It is an exciting and inspiring event, that celebrates the very best of contemporary and modern art.
